Rear Fog Light

Hi there . I have a T Sport and noticed it only has one rear fog light . On the other side there is a plastic blanking plate with a small bolt-head covering the place where the bulb should go . My question is , if I unscrew the blanking plate (presuming it unscrews) and insert a bulb , will that work , is there electric going to the socket or not ? Thanks .
