Mongoose Exhaust For St182?

Hey guys,

I'm new here and have some question.

But first let me tell you something about me:

I'm 22 years old and I live in germany. I have a 90' Celica St182.

My Question:

I'm looking for a good catback system and i have found the mongoose.

A lot of MR2s run that system, but most of them have a 3sgte and i think that there's a sound-difference between the NA and Turbo engine.

Does anyone of you have a soundfile of his mongoose catback system? i wonder about the sound.

i am afraid that a 2,5" exhaust isn't enough for a turboed engine, but there is no 3" exhaust for the St182.

Here's a link of my almost turboed 3sge. ok, it's in german and most of you wont understand what i wrote there but dont be afraid, there are a lot of pics inside and as you know: pics say more than 1000 words :D

the 182 mongoose is quiet as a mouse, it has a proper silencer, so with a turbo in there i bet you can't even hear it! i would imagine it would restrict flow too on a turbocharged car.

Is that so? I have seen some MR2 with a mongoose system and they where pretty loud...

nope.

sorry mate, don't have the gear, let alone the time!

even from the back you'd probarly only hear the intake anyway.

Seriously though I don't think it will do a turbo car any good. You can probarly get a custom exhaust built to the spec you want for not much more than retail on a mongoose.
