How Many Miles Out A Tank?

Just wondering what everyones getting,

Post up,

- number of miles from a full tank

- and type of driving, like a granny or ragging it etc

- and the average mpg/ speed reading from the trip computer if you like

Last week, motorway at app 80 > 90 then A roads for 50 miles got 225 miles from a tank

This week, motorway at 70 got 330 miles with light on, then 320 but no light before I filled

It's a compressor by the way ;)

the tsport gets about 320 - 350 i drove like a vicar 4 a week no revs above 3000 :( got 38.7 mpg and 348 to gallon filled the baby to the roof of 95 ron from sainsburys...with a compressor drive like a vicar u should get 300 miles :D

on a good run with the average MPG being 32.4 with a mix of grannyfied driving and booting it i get 346... and that was pushing the fuel tank to the limits...

on a bad run (meaning booting it anywere and everywere) £275 tops

Best ever was 415! Down M6/M42/A34 to Newbury and back, between 70 to 80mph.

Usual though is around 300ish with a combination of town and motorway driving.

im getting around 300-320 with a mixture of driving like miss daisy and raggin the ***** of it coming home, incidentally any1 know how much fuel left when the light comes on, ive read 2 gal on here somewere but i find that hard to believe

270 miles to a tank

works out roughly between 22-25 mpg! depends on my mood for the week! Bad mood means 22! Not such a bad mood means 25 lol!!!

Thats mainly b roads and dual carriageway driving! I should get more but i play too much! LIFT LIFT LIFT!!!

Yup, that's about right. I ran it dry once to see (had gallon in the boot) and the mpg and distance suggested 2 gallon.

I only ever fill up once the light's on, and cannot get much more that 50litres in at a squeeze, and that's usually after driving for some time.

First time I had the low fuel light was passing Thetford heading at a great rate for Norwich. Not knowing how much juice was in there ensured my backside was fluctuating from half a crown to a sixpence and back again all the way!
