Speed Sensor

Hi all,

I have a 1993 ST203 Celica (Jap Import) GEN6. I checked trouble codes on my 4WS (4 wheel steer) system and it has given me code 41 which is the speed sensor. When I am checking the error code for the engine I bridge Ec1 and E1 (or something) which flashes the check engine lights to get the code. For the 4WS system I bridge Tc1 and T1 which flashes the 4WS light for the codes, so I am thinking as its different to the engine ECU that it may be a separate speed sensor for the 4WS.

Does anyone know when the speed sensor is located or if there is a separate speed sensor for the 4WS? I have checked on the driveshaft when I understand it is supposed to be located but there is not one there (and I don’t think it fell off lol).

Thanks,
