Rear Spare Gate

Hi i'm a newbie to the site and this is my first post,probably the first of many.I've owned a 2.4 manual SSRX for a couple of years now. Shortly after buying it I got hold of a spare wheel gate to put on the back.Hopefuly to do away with the under hanger but never got round to it.I've looked through the previous topic and noticed someone asked the same question I'm about to ask,but got no replies.Hope I'll be luckier so here goes: Can the rear fitting spare wheel gate be fitted to the SSRX with the under hanger and any tips on how to go about it from anyone who has fitted one? Any information would be much appreciated.

Do you have all of the parts including the centre panel for the rear door, also you will need to re-locate the number plate, you will need to drill the o/s pillar and fit reinforcing plates behind the mountings, not an easy job but it can be done.

Yeah,thanks Andy,got the blanking plate and know about the extended wiring,moving number plate etc. That business with the pillar reinforcement had me wondering,I thought something would have to be done about that. Any Ideas as of the best way to go about it or what best to use?
