hi, have problem of bad fuel smell in interior or my 1993 previa. can be smelt at any time, i.e. car could have not been used and will be there. have had people look and no leaks found. would be grateful for any ideas.

I had this problem and it turned out to be the filler pipe that had rusted through. Worth a try pal.

BAT is quite right, rusted filler pipes are not uncommon but neither are leaking fuel filters and cold start injectors. Before you start the car open all windows and let the smell dissapate. Then raise the passengers seat and open the engine inspection bay. Start the car and see if the smell comes from here or from the back of the car. If you can find nothing in these two places you may need to remove the drivers seat to get to and remove the inspection panel that is under it. This will give you access to the main fuel injector rail so that you can see if there is a leak there.
