Corolla Compressor

I have a 2007 Compressor its covered 11900 miles since new in January. I've noticed a knocking noise coming from the front offside when turning left, only really noitcable when i drive over a bumpy surface, the steering also feels really wooly and not as sharp as it was.

I've had it in to get it checked but as usual the Tech's at Arnold Clark cant find anything!!! I'm begining to think i'm imagining things.

Does anyone have any ideas???

Cheers in advance

Mine makes a noise too :o

I only notice it when coming down a multi-storey car park which has a rough concrete surface.(turning left ways)

It sounds like there is something loose on the front suspension but the car handles fine and isn't noisy otherwise ;)

If you can easily replicate the problem, get the tech to go out with you and show him. By the sounds of things it sounds like a dry or possibly worn bush of sorts, if so should not be a big problem, but will get slowly worse. ( I used to sell hundred of these things when I was in the trade) Possibly even a strut mounting/bearing but less likely.

Cheers
