hi everyone can anyone help me i have a 2001 vvtli190 celica and i am trying to get the softwear to change settings in my engine ecu ie move the rev limiter up a little to about 9000 rpm and change the air and fueling. im a mechanic at toyota so i know these ecus are rewritable its just finding the programs to do it on my laptop does anybody know anyone i should think you can get it in japan but were in the uk these engines were bench tested at 13500 to 15000 rpm at the toyota factory so i know the limiter can be moved up some how if anyone can help please do thanks
