Drop In Boost

Hi, all. My problem is when accelerating in my girlfriends 99 glanza everything is fine untill it reaches 5000rpm then one of the boost lights goes out .

I think the actuator is opening too early and wasting the precious boost. Does this sound right or could it be something

completly different ? Any advice would be great

i had the same problem and it was the acuator mine got really bad it would go 2000rpm

When i had the cat done on mine it lost boost like that, but it was just the bolts connecting the exhaust to the manifold which weren't done up properly. All the pressure was coming out from between the gap.
