Mr2 G Limited Powersteering

Hi

The Power steering on my 93 G Limited does not seem to work. Is there anyway this can be switched on or off or is it just broke? Also what are the best size wheels to go for ?

A Common problem (apparently). It will be the relay/ECU. It just needs some encouragement.

Wheels? ... 17" is most common mate.

Has the p/s light come on?

If so... turn the ignition on and off really fast for 20-30 seconds and this normally cures it!

Without starting the car, or trying to start it. Just turn it onto the on position and back off quickly.

If the relay is stuck, like Jappy said, this normally cures it. It only happened once in the time that I owned my Mr2.
