dont know about converting the display but--

The converters are a pain. they seldom work fully, but vary in quality. e bay is full of them.a doddle to fit . drop the glove box, find the radio plug to the rear of the radio, and fit the live fly lead to the live side of the cig lighter, the display wont read the full wave lengh on your screen ,or just fit a uk radio in the lowest bay, remove the dummy box. and get a iso converter , again off e bay. and that is plug and play with the advantage of full uk and the manipulation of the Speakers via the prius screen,

anyone need a spare screen for a 2001 to 2003, i have one (very rear ) jamesjmcvey@hotmail.com
