Blower/fan Not Working On Previa Gx 1996

My blower/fan packed up some while back and now due to the frosty mornings I really now need to get this fixed.

I've done a bit of research on this forum and www and I am going to take a gamble on the blower motor resistor packing up.

The fan slider control relay clinks from off position to 1, nothing on 2 and 3 and a clink from the second relay so I'm taking a guess that this is alright.

So I spent the most part of Saturday trying to remove the heater box.

Never did get it to remove completely due to the wiring harness attached so I bolted it all back up again. Hopefully a second go will be easier.

With all this palava and the need for the car I'm hoping I can get the part number for the blower motor resistor and an online supplier from this forum.

The model is Previa GX 1996 with aircon.
