alrite dude........ this is dead simple!!

Yes, your right, the old actuator had two inlets, where-as the HKS one only has one! you need to put the t-piece inline, therefore splicing the two airlines together!! There should be a little brass nipple aswell that goes in on of the lines...... should be the main one that comes down from the top of your engine!

What length have you set your actuator to?? Mines at about 124-125mm..... and i boost to about 14psi, which is ample.

Let me know how u got on!

oh! right, ok!

i dont know if the actuator arm will move just from revvin.... i didnt try that (mainly coz my engine is noisey as <I thought I could get past the swearing filter - what a sad muppet I am eh?>, and it hurts ur ears to rev it too much!).......

Just double check everythin..... where did u measuse the length from? it should be from the middle of the hole (at the end of the arm) to where the arm exits the actuator (so just the length of the arm)

are all ur vacum pipes on correctly, and not leaking?

did u take ur inlet pipe off the turbo to get to the actuator?? is that back on properly??

oo my god!! i had had 2 mechanics look at it and 2 garages look at it and none of them knew what was wrong, so i took it to a (expensive) japanese specialist place and they knew what was wrong straight away............. plugs and leads..............now i dunno how the other garages didn't have a f**king clue???? so £280 later i got all upgraded plugs and leads and a HKS acuator(which i didn't need) fitted sweet. but the good thing is my cars now running better and faster than it ever has since i had it :)
