My 94 L surf is playing up! The rear window is going up and down slowly and sometimes it stops altogether. Anyone any ideas what's going on with it?

This seem to be a problem on all surfs i've had to put a new motor on mine.I now make sure the engine is running when i put it up it helps the voltage..regards glyn
