Exterior Mods Help Needed

Decided its time to do something about the exterior of my car, and was wondering if anyone could help

Firstly, does anyone know if the door mouldings are just stuck on or have locator pin/clippy things that need filling?

secondly, does anyone have a pre facelift e11 front or rear bumper near to east sussex, that i can borrow for a week or so while i get mine sorted

thirdly does anyone want to sell me a post facelift e11 bumper?

Side strip mouldings (door 'bump' protection strip) on all 'AE'/EE' Corollas (1983-87, 87-92, 92-97 and 97-02) are Stuck on but...

...the residue it leaves behind can be awkward to remove!
