Auris Alarm

Hi

I have just taken delivery of my T3 Spirit.

When I was searching for Insurance Norwich U said it wa fitted wit a Thatcham alarm!!!

Can anyone tell me what type of Alarm is fitted to the Auris T3 Spirit D4D?

Is it a Thatcham 2 not that I know what that means.

Thatcham category 1 is an alarm and immobiliser

Thatcham category 2 is immobiliser only

Did they say that it was a thatcham approved alarm or immobiliser though?

I am sure he said it was a thatcham 2, I didnt take a lot of notice becaus their quote was a bit to high, it was only afterwards I thought about what he said.
