Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me what mpg they are getting out of their cts, i was getting around 32mpg urban and then all of a sudden i'm getting 28mpg, i was waiting for the misses had the car ticking over, looked at my mpg computer and noticed that the mpg dropped from 28 to 19mpg over a space of 15 miniutes, did have the heater on, is this normal?, also even when i stop at the lights my computer shows my mpg dropping drastically, now is that normal? ah maan woke up this morning to find my passenger side mat all wet, did some investigation seems like comming through the lower air vent or around that area, whats going on help! apart from that shes fun to drive!

I'd appreciat any feed back thanks! forgot to mention i've also noticed my revs have dropped slightly on tick over, they are at 8.2 rather than 9 as they were before.

I think it varies. If you don't hit lift that often then then you should get around 33-35mpg.

I think the consumption improves with more miles on the car. Now mine has done 36k miles my computer reads 41mpg which I know isn't true but I have found the petrol guage not going down as much as it use to.

Mina has done 92k, i used to see 32mpg around town and now its 28mpg i don't get it, and thats driving without hitting lift, just about manged to get 100 mile out of £20 worht of fuel, i know its gone up but was get near to 150 mile before.

Might be a better comparison if you put your average speed up too

Im only getting 29mpg... but my average speed is only 19mph (city driving)

lol at least u have an MPG gauge. they removed it off the compressors. but i get about 300 miles to a tank

i still dont know how to get my mpg up on the little screen, but im certainly guzzling :) £40 dont last me 7 days probs 6 at the most :D

had the car nearly a month just cant stop myself taking it out for a drive and using that lift :D
