Auto Electric Windows

Hi,

Just recently my drivers side electric window has stopped working in regards the auto up/down; where you push fully down or pull fully up so as it does it itself. the thing is however it still works when i keep my finger on it. Kind of unusual. I just had the starter done so im assuming they switch off or reset the electrics in some way. Could they have blown a fuse? is it just wear and tear? Since it happened the window seems to work better with the semi auto.

The lock is deffo not on.

The passengers works fine.

Any guide as to which fuse to check?

Just sounds like the window needs resetting as they would have probably disconnected the Battery when doing the starter.

With the ignition on, hold the drivers window button up for 5 or more seconds. This will reset the window parameters and the auto function will work again.
