£111.9 a litre wtf :o anyone else paying this much ?

I am using Sainsburys super unleaded at the moment as it's the cheapest in the area at 99.9/litre.

I'm too nervous to check the price of V-Power :o

is their much difference between super unleaded and v power ? what is the next best thing to v power ?

i too was shocked, i was reading the paper earlier this week and oil prices were rising. just hope it drops down a bit soon.

surely you mean 111.9p a litre... and not £111 a litre, otherwise it must have cost £4000 to fill up your tank,

I would like to use Tesco 99, but we only have 97 round our way - but it works out pretty cheap with the regular 5p off per litre when spending £50 in store. Anyway, will be putting in diesel soon with the arrival of my new Auris T180 and not so often -

I think V-Power is the best for racing but Tescos or Sainsburys super unleaded works fine for everyday running around with no issues in performance :)

Hopefully prices will come down shortly, I always use V-Power.

My car is in the bodyshop for loads of work to be done. I dropped it in with the petrol light on, so hopefully when i get it back in a few weeks petrol prices will have stlled down abit and more reasonable. Last time i filled up it was 101.9p at a Shell. 2 or 3 weeks ago.

I thought it was expensive here in Essex but some of ya paying alot prices i mean here for say 95ron is about 97 98 & 99.9 but still think is expensive! but make things better this week onwards i got a nissan almera 1.4 for work even fillng up that is gonna seem expensive soon so idea of a 1.3 or even a 1.0 car isnt so bad but before u know it everyone gonna buy small engine cars so what the government would do is raise the price even more, joke

20 litres of derv at 100.3p a litre - mixed with 15 litres of corn oil from lidl at 49 p a litre = £27 does me for the week .
