Rear Windscreen Washer

The rear windscreen washer will not work. The pump is working and I have poked a pin in the jet but the water does not come out. The front washers are fine.

Hello, welcome to the club. Your best bet would be to ask in the Family Section because that's probably where you'll find the people with the most knowledge of your car & so who will be most likely to help you with your problem

I have a 94 Carina 1.6 which had the same problem. I removed the washer water bottle in the engine compartment and unplugged and replugged the electrical connector at the bottom of it and it then worked - must be a bad connection or maybe some corrosion on the contacts?

Also, you said you cleaned it with a pin but unless you remove it and blow through it to see if air comes out, it may still be blocked. Even the pipe may be blocked so whilst off, press the water release button to see if it comes out the pipe. :)
