Get some black sealant .. and some cling film .. mould the sealant and let it half dry .. cover the sealant with the film and put the t-bars back in .. rough photos ..

When you say black sealent do you mean silicone sealent - damb good idea mate, i take it once its set you remove the cling film and its moulded to fit the pannel. Question is does it work? Has it been throughly tested yet?

Yup - roof guttering sealant .. It works well .. I did it to my t-bar last year - that leaked like a by-hutch, and then got one or two drops per hour (where before it was 1 a second) ..

I then added more sealant and shaped it over the summer and it's now 100% fine ..

I noticed the passenger side dripping today.. nothing major... 1 or 2 drips...

When its dry and light.. I'm gonna play with the eccentric rod guides again.. also apply some more lube.

The driver side is 100% rainproof.. no leaks !! Thought the passenger side was too.. but nope. Soon will be.
