Strange Heating/climate Control System Problem - Help?

Hi folks - just joined and wondered if anyone here had any thoughts on this. My 2003 Corolla has just been repaired following front and rear end accident damage and i now seem to have a weird problem with the heating system?

For some reason i can't seem to get any hot air from the vents at all levels on the drivers side of the car? (This includes the drivers side of the windscreen vents and drivers side footwell vent aswell as the 2 on the drivers side in the dash) I am getting air through as normal but its not heated even when set to 'HOT'. The air flow from all the vents on the passenger side are working and heating normally?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Did you have the coolant changed? If yes, it may be the case that the cooling system is airlocked. The remedy is usually to have the controls set to Hot when draining and refilling the system.

Cheers.

i removed my fascias to get to the head unit and i notice that slight air keeps coming from the vents its mild not hot or cold but its very slight air still comes through them need to get it checked out when the car is back but i must say the fascia towards the headunit is flimsy! and if not taken off correctly it damages how the heating controls work.
