This has been out there sometime now, I'd gestimate close to a year??

Won't happen though as I'm sure the government will come up with some way to quash it before it get's off the ground!

Its been around for a couple of years now... Nothing's ever really come of it, other than offers for cheap ranger cooker fuels. At least they've done the decent thing, and not sold on the mail list for funds...

No harm in signing up, just don't expect anything of it...
