Can't see a link but I have seen the comedy item advertised before, it looks like a heater fan in a duct you fit to your inlet pipe.

This is how big it would need to be to give enough volume of air :P :lol:

That's quite interesting now the linky works.

It's not what I thought it was going to be. This guy seems to have made a serious effort to overcome the problems that are inherent in electrickery driven forced induction.

Maybe it does work - if only for short periods of time due to Battery capacity issues. But then you rarely need full boost for minutes on end anyway, so potentially it's quite a good idea. If claims of about 80% gain in HP are accurate, then yes, I'd buy one.

I was expecting the usual weak electronic turbo kit that does nothing but make turbo like noises.

I thought it was the turbo type, not the supercharger type :yes:

They missed one of the other items you will need for this application ;)

The generator needed to keep 3 batteries & 3 starter motors happy :rolleyes:
