How Long Is The Delivery Wait Now?

I ordered my Auris 1.6 Executive on 21st August, and Im still awaiting delivery (in Germany). Today I was told end November, but back in October thay said end October and prior to that in September they said end September. Is a 3 month plus wait for the Auris "normal"? I didnt have to wait that long for my MR2 or Prius,and they were hard to get items at the time.

Needless to say Im getting a bit fed up of the runaround.

My daughter and I test drove her new Auris today Saturday at the dealer and ordered it for collection on Wednesday next. Four days.

Quick. I eventually got mile 15th Dec or there about 4 months wait. My dealer is a w.k..r though. Promises not kept, special number that was to have been transferred just returned and a generic one fitted and and and. I wont be getting another car from him.

As for the car, its Ok, just a car nothing I can get excited about.
