Jerky Judder

Driving along at slow speeds (stop/start traffic etc.) in 1st/2nd gear and I take all my feet off the pedals (still in gear) to slow down, when the speed gets quite low the car jerks slightly, not as if it's going to stall because the revs are too low, just a judder/jer.k (stupid swear filter!) for a second or so. Then if I put my foot lightly on the accelerator to speed up again or maintain speed it does a similar thing. It's not particularly noticeable but it's annoying me!

Has anyone else had this issue?

Cheers

I get it if i'm in first going very slowly with my foot off the accelerator then gently put my foot on it, it shudders then carries on as normal.
