Remote Fob For 1995 Rav 4 - Toyota 5000 System Ii

I am trying to find out where to get hold of a replacement remote fob for my 1995 Rav 4 (Rav 4, GX, 1995 (M reg), 3 Door, Auto)

The car is fitted with a - Toyota 5000 System II Theft Deterrent Security System.

The fob is black, rectangular in shape with 2 Buttons (Black on/off button and Red panic button - side by side). There is a further switch on the side which is the ultrasonic select switch.

Can anyone please help as mine is becoming unreliable.

Did you find a solution to your problem? We have exactly the same problem but found that Scorpion Remote controls were not able to help and informed us that this fob has not been produced for the past eight years?? It would be great if you have discovered the answer and were willing to share this. Thanks. Bicket
