hey guys

im thinking of fitting a decat in the middle section of my exhaust for my auris.

just wanna know will doing this fail my mot? because it will lower my emissions doing so?.

my mate told me this, even though i wont be getting my mot done for another 2 years, i wanna know the can and cant do's of modifications that will effect passing the mot.

It's a post-95 car.......it needs a cat for the MOT.

This is non negotiable as far as I know.

Why would you want to do this anyway? If you're after a bit more poke there are other ways to achieve this without compromising the MOT.
