Speedo Bleeper

HELP

I have had my 91 2.4 Surf fo a couple of months and it's driving me mad!!!!!

What is it?

When i reach 100kph i get a ding dong ding dong ding dong

Can anybody tell me how to turn it off

On the back of the speedo is a small box, just cut the yellow wire and all should be ok.

find the buzzer and remove it .

i have a yellow switch under the dash that does switch this thing on wondered what the hell it was for

well at least im not alone lol
