Your local Toyota Dealer should be able to source that for you

you should ask at the time of failure what its for and what it does , then you know what parts to source , phone the mot station and ask them what you need exactly .

lots of breakers selling parts for toyota in the uk you know , use google - seek and you shall find.

The auxillary shaft runs from the engine to the front of the car to drive (as the name suggests) the auxillaries e.g. power steering, air con, alternator and fan. It has two damper bushes one front one rear. These can be bought off eBay considerably cheaper than from Toyota but care needs to be taken when changing to ensure correct alignment..

If these are worn they will affect the flow of power from the engine to the front components and MAY affect the efficiency of the PAS but I would be surprised if this is the case.

It sounds like you are yet another person who has bought an import in the false belief that it has a "LOW MILEAGE". Yes funny how these supposed low mileage cars suffer more high mileage component failures than the UK Previa equivalent. It really sad that every day you see yet another person buying one off eBay.
