I need to renew my congestion charge registration in London, can anyone tell me where I can get the conformity certificate I need to send to tfl. I have 1998 Prius import.

When you buy the vehicle is is provided by the dealer as part of the delivery package with VIN and registration detailed pre-filled. if you have an import you must contact the importer who should provide it for you but if they are not a recognised toyota dealership they may NOT be approved to do this..

All you have to do is print it off, and fill in your registration number.
