Hi,

I have misplaced my alarm for the toyota Rav 4 and I only have the keys.

Does anyone know what I should do as I have the keys, yet cannot use the car at the moment as the sound of the alarm would just be too painful to bear...

Any help would be grateful.

Thanks

Sylvia

First thing sdabarca welcome to TOC.  ..next thing... Why would you place this thread in a Celica forum asking about a RAV...(mods can you move this thread for us into the RAV4 section)

Next...you say

I have misplaced my alarm for the toyota Rav 4
has it walked out on you or been nicked.... As far as I know the alarm is screwed/bolteded inside the engine compartment..so there's not much chance of loosing it.

You could disconnect the horn from the alarm or get some one to do this for you, to stop it sounding.

A little more information about the problem and what type of RAV you have Year/Model/3 or 5 door Diesel or petrol....
