Rear Light Clusters Not Working!

Hi Guys, on my 1998 Avensis the rear light clusters are not working. The indicators still work, but the brake and the night lights do not?

Can someone tell me where i will find the fusebox and fuse for these?

The fuse panel for the 'Tail' lights is in the passenger compartment. On the driver's side behind the flip-open coin box near your right knee. The fuse locations is on a sticker on the back of the box which pops out.

Fuse 19 - 10A

This fuse also covers the licence plate light, audio system, instrument panel light, rear fog lights.

Are you sure that you just don't have two blown bulbs??

Brake light is Fuse 17.
