I know what you mean Mellow, a few years ago I had a MKII Escort 1300, unless you saw the roll cage it had fitted you didn't realise it had a 135bhp crossflow engine that would wheelspin in third if you were a bit too enthusiastic. Ahhh, those were the days B)

Hey thanks all for the responses now all I need is the starlet turbo motor and rear disc setup and I am golden...

yeah, i must admit the competion is pretty tough, my mates been in max power twice with escorts, a blue mk4 and a mk2 which has got a bored out 2.1ltr engine with a pinto head, full cage, race seats the lot v fast n fun!!! :thumbsup:

I don't get where your coming from, including Golfs in with Saxo's/Corsa's etc. My Golf was absolootly fantastic and both in Performance and looks make your Pas look baaaaaaad.

GOLFS (especially my G60) rock 'n roll :D

Mate at work's got a 210bhp Mk2GTI turbo - conversion done from new by Turbo Technics - & it seriously shifts! B) Sweet! :thumbsup:

welll, as much as we gave everyone else a fair bit of stick i think that this just shows us that we've got a lot to live up to to keep the seo up there as one of the most understated cars out there!!!! :thumbsup:
