a big thumbs up to the service team at minories wearside.....took my car in after a few little niggles we might say.

left it there for service, got a good standard of courtesy car to drive round in! got my car back spick and span all nice clean and serviced

an added bonus as well the rear discs and pads and the water pump done under warranty, reckon thats a good 4-500 quid, thats my faith restored in the old warranty for once.

think ill have to go back there more often haha. nice to see a dealer that cracks on and fixes whats under warranty rather thn some others who will try to charge you for it first

They are a good dealership. Had my 40k 4 year service done with them in 2006 and the service was spot on.

Having tried Hodgsons at the Silverlink for my 50k 5 year service this year I would like to state they aren't as good. Car was washed but they might have well as not bothered for all the detergent spots on the car when I picked it up. Also the Visual safety check wasn't completed fully in that only the centre of the tyres were checked.

I'm going back to Wearside Minories next year!

i got a quote from them the reason they are cheaper is they obviously arent as thorough, minories it seems went over my car with fine tooth comb, the car was washed to a good standard the inside had been done as well.....cleanest its been inside for a while lol

and it drove much better on the way home, the sluggishness has gone and the lift is most definitely there.....

ive used minories durham they are world class too, they looked after a celica i had for 2 years.

any1 in the north east...minories are the kiddies for getting your toyota serviced priced competitive too

i live in york and have to use vantage toyota and don,t recommend them at all attitude sucks car was in for work under warranty came back with scratches on front bumper had been badly cleaned to a degree that scratches had to be polished out hadn,t washed dirt of properly looked like it had been through a very poor car wash. :angry:

thats where i got my car from - they are ubikholes! nuff said!!dont get me started on lindops in Deeside - more ubikholes!! thankfully there not all like that but you have to wade through a lot of *****e to find a decent dealer
