so i crashed the rolla about a month ago and was just told its 2500 to fix :( but thats with all new parts according to panel beater. The damage is drivers light, wing, front panel, and the chassis leg is off about just under 1cm. the engine and interior are perfect so i was wondering, does anyone have a corolla gti Shell? preferably one with v.good bodywork, and with a blown/ or no engine? thanks

Best thing to do is probably part it.

How bad is the damage? Get pics because it sounds like its quite light.

i have two corolla shells with engines that i am just using for spares what shap do tou have?

sounds rather light alright ,how much is the labour work ,are they genuine parts or spurious parts ,!spurious parts are seriously cheep these days and are found everywhere so should cut the cost

its an ae92 high torque gti, i think that quote is with all genuine parts, not sure of labour only, thats just overall quote, ill try and post pics tomorrow, bit of a thunderstorm happening at the moment!

thatd be sound yeah , search a few scrap yards mate ,he may say he's getting all genuine parts but doesnt necaseraly mean there all new ,he might be takein u the high road on this one , :bash:

well i know him so i doubt that, but you never know, i've just been told by another person it's not worth fixing so im going to sell it as scrap, i've been offered €1000 as it is so i think im going to take it, great engine and box with full service history and sony xplod cd player and theres 2 new tyres on it, if anyone else is interested let me know! thanks for the help anyway!
