But I have not had much joy speaking to my local dealer.I would likr to know if I can run my 2.0d4d Auris on bio diesel and if so will it invalidate my warranty.

Hi your car can run on a maximum of 5% bio diesel mix.

I used to work at the toyota head office in product planning and this is a popular question. All Toyota D-4D's can run on a max of 5% mix
