koni do inserts for your struts, they arnt cheap but they are good. there are some coilover kits about but most are massivly oversprung and no good for the road.

i got my brake conversion from HiSpec motorsport. the brakes are very good but hispecs customer service leaves a bit to be desired. you are better taking your car down to them to be measured and have them fit the brake kit

heres a pic of mine

i had KYB shocks n fensport springs on mine - very stiff! be careful about going too stiff in your set-up as when you come unstuck you are going too fast to do anything about it! the handling was very good especially when matched to SO3 tyres but the ride was awful and on uneven roads the original set - up handled better. start with a set of springs, trd mounts and the original shocks as you might achieve the result your after. if you want further improvement replace the bushes (needs doing now with the age of the car if they havent already been replaced). dont upgrade the shocks until you have done the other work first then if you still want it stiffer replace the shocks.KYB make the original shocks for these and the upgrades are the same but 25% stiffer. if i was doing it again i not sure i would use KYB again but they where a good price and she loved going on three wheels without being wreckless
