Just finishing off here (work you know use their band width and all) so putting me pens away and all desk tidy.....

May be on line over Christmas break time but as the :wub: has been hinting :boxing::bash: that it's Christmas and not to go on that *&^%*&^%$£""$%*&^%& computer I thought I'll get me festive cheer in now... :drunk::pepsi:

Unfortunatly my wife and I are not in festive spirit as someone broke into our house yesterday... :crybaby: :censor:

I was in bed at the time and it would seem that I disturbed them, so thankfully they only stole a laptop and a camara.

The laptop had photo's of our wedding and honeymoon which we'll never get back :(

Hopefully the new year will bring some joy :thumbsup:

Really sorry to hear that mate.

We got burgled once - while we were away on holiday. They nicked the kids playstations and some jewelry that my wife had inherited and could not be replaced. Not only that it is the thought of scumbags in your house that is distressing so trust me I know how you feel.

All the best to you and I hope you can try and put it behind you and enjoy Christmas.

You wouldn't catch me on there for all the tea in China. Granted it is just as cold and wild in the cab of my 22 year old train but its all that wet stuff I don't like the look of.

Any road up, all the best and I will try to spare a thought for you on Christamas morn' (trains don't run!) each time my boiler kicks up as we cook on leccy - that is providing I am still sober enough to remember you!

PS If I scrounge some of bothys old gas cylinders is there any chance you can get me some free samples? I could knock up a wooden gasometer about 200 feet high in back garden to store it so nobody would ever suspect anything by seeing empty gas bottles.

Inregards to Tony the gas/oilfield worker....

I almost made it into that industry...but I would not have been topside...I would have been blowing bubbles in the cold stuff....But now 10 years since I done the course Im kinda glad it never kicked off for me, one of my dive school buddies died last year in a diving accident, he had finished his dive and was on his 1st deco stop when a schol of manta rays appeared, one of them got tangled in his umbilical and poor git embolised....RIP my old buddy...

Anywho slight envy here as that 100% beats working in this :censor: office....

2weeks on 2 weeks off for ya is it??

Furstly its a shame yer pal died in such a traumatic way; and for all of his pals and family. Its impossible to get yer brain around these sort of things.

I wis intrested in yer GOLD membership as I'm offering a hefty reward to onywan whit will sell me their Gold Membership. Ah've jist shelled oot £15 fur silver membership. Noo ah ken that silver is a barrier tae MRSA an ither thuings whit ye catch in hospitals. Ye can noo buy silver pyjams oot of Marks and Spens cos I saw them. Hooever they dinnae come in 4XL size so ahm oot.

Hooever, ahm trying ma best tae improve ma standing in this forii and so want Gold membership. If Bronze is ony £10 and silver is £15, then Gold cannae be wurth onymair than £25. OK big man - ony chance o coming tae an arrangement furtae buy oot yer holding??
