lo ppl , anyone know where i can get a heat shield for my typhoon? been looking everywhere to no luck :( just asking about before i start to make my own lol

why would you want a heatshield for it..its not near anything hot is it?

think it sits behind the Battery on the corolla, but i want the top half with heat shield on to stop it sucking any warmer air from at the top of engine bay and a cold air supply i will fit in for supllying the bottom half if ya get me, hopefully the cold air wont blow passed the filter as the heat shield will hopefully catch some of it too :)

anyways ive got one off eBay now :)

How much does the CAI kit generally cost?? I don't know if 'm being a bit blonde here but is it a closed/forced induc system that sits behind the front grill to suck in the air??

150 something they were from envy i think not 100% as the price is down off the site but i remember something about 150 lol

i ordered mine last friday. £120 plus £11.75 p&p....BARGAIN considering that the apexi is about the same, if not more, and the typhoon is a lot more...and the Envy outperforms both of these.

mine should be here in the morning and ive took a day off from work, especially to wait in to make sure I dont miss it hehe
