Banging And Grinding

hi i've had a gt4 st205 for about 6 months now and everthings being fine untill now,theres a banging and grinding noise coming from the back end when setting off and on fast gear changing dont know wat the hell it is, i need to take it in to the garage asap but i dont konw of any i trust so dose any one out there know of a good garage to take it to around east yorkshire please help, mark.

rear diff mount buddy. £90 from TCB (toyota celica breakers) then fitting. not too bad a job to do yourself if you have the tools etc
