Previa T Spirit

Hi I am interested in getting an Previa 2.0d T Spirit, But have one question how come they all don't have the DVD sat nav as some are described as having sat nav but don't have the full screen. Was this an option on the T spirit . Also any problems with the diesel previa and I am not to bothered about performance, but are there any mechanical or other things I should look out for etc. Thanks for your replies

All Previa T-Spirits have DVD Sat Nav, but it is a turn-by-turn system that uses the CD/Radio display. The full screen was an option that, as far as I can tell, was quite rare.

The Sat Nav also has ETA/TMC, but experience with ours suggests that it is a next to useless feature because reception is *very* intermittent. The Sat Nav itself works fine.

The D-4D can be variable - our old '02 Previa was great, but our current '06 model has a very rough idle. According to Toyota GB it is 'to specification'.

With the D-4D and TMC problems this will be that last Toyota that we buy unless the new Previa is absolutely brilliant (if we ever get it in the UK, that is).
