I am thinking of fitting a multichanger to my 03 new shape avensis D4D, has anyone ever fitted one before ?, and does anyone know how the radio comes out , A repair manual would be handy but i cannot find one for this model ,any advise would be appreciated.

You can find the installation manual and instructions on how to remove the currently installed radio (and why not, the part number for a 2DIN facia if you decide to go for a non-toyota radio) at http://techdoc.toyota-europe.com/ (onwer -> installation manuals).

Happy new year....

evening. i fitted a Sony 6 disc to my 2004 T3-X and it works just fine. its quite easy to do as long as you are careful, and as Frape says - there is a manual!

you will also need the conversion box and cable from Connects2

these were my questions:

http://toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.p...mp;#entry625673

i put it in the boot, mounted vertically on the right just by the flap to get to the tail light. I bought the player and cable on eBay.

any queries just ask!

Thanks boys found the site its a good site to know. The dealer priced this job at £140 for 2 hours work, it may take me a bit longer but a good saving, Thanks again
