Gear Shift Raised Column Disassembly. Anyone Done It?

Has anyone taken the gearshift trim panels off, or is a workshop manual available somewhere to find out how the trim panels assemble tegether and remove without tearing them apart....? ( I am talking about the whole raised trim bit with the gearstick thingy...)

(Just got the dealer to sort out the passenger side dash panel rattle which came from the forward left most corner of the top panel of the instrument panel... he removed it, padded it out and foam wrapped loose harnesses to prevent rattle...but now this one turns up , as well as a RR parcel shelf rattle... )

Dead easy.. brute force and no fear. Its pretty impossible to break the clips on the gearshift trim.. just be careful if you move upwards through the aircon controls n stuff
