Hi,

im trying to fit a new intercooler to my Toyota Surf and am having a few problems with it.

the outlet for the aircon is blocking where i need to attach the intercooler.

i also need to to figure out how to get a pipe from the manifold to attach to the intercooler as well.

is there anyone out there that could give me a few pointers??

Thanks

Harley

Plenty of info here..........

I assume you're mounting your 'cooler at the front of the truck, a more expensive method as the cost of silicone hoses and connectors soon mounts up, also you'll get more turbo lag 'cos of the length of the pipework, so I wouldn't have thought you would notice much of a power gain.
