Smaller hands, nimble fingers, a mirror, the ability to work back to front, a lot of patience.

After a while you'll be whipping them in and out in minutes!

Cheers.

I changed both my dipped headlight bulbs a couple of months ago - both blew within a week of each other.

The only way I managed it was to hold the bulb by the terminals with fingertips only and just forcing my hand into the gap.

The instructions/pictures in the owners manual are reasonably helpful - esp to see how to release the clip that secures the bulb - but patience is definitely required - its not a 5 minute job.

Good luck!!
