This time to a Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo.

The later MKII model without the popups and a 6speed box.

Looking at a MR (leightweight version).

Anyone any experiance with them?

They are ugly, why would you get rid of a gorgeous liner for that?

Reasons not you buy a GTO

1. Weight, they are so very very very very much heavier than a Skyline or Supra

2. Cornering, considering they have 4WD and 4WS they dont go round corners as well as you would think

3. (and the most important) they put the engine in the wrong way FFS!!!!

They put the V6 in sideways! And i have no idea why!?

Means the car is nose heavy, difficult to work on and just overall nasty.

Even though the Evo is a litre smaller its such a better car..

am not expert but I like the skyline, well at least you dont have to worry about depreciation on your cars, sounds likey dont have time :lol2: :P

Supra is the same weight as a MR GTO.

How much is the MR weigh? i've never heard of the MR.

MR edition mitsubishis are like lighter harder versions of the car

like the MR FTO, and the MR evos

theyre like the stripped out top spec models

the 4WS goes wrong ALLLLLLLL the time. but if you want it that much, go for it!

The MR version doesn't have 4ws! :D

Yeah, The MR version has no 4WS (which is good!), no active spoilers (later models didn't have them anyway).

Will see what it's like tomorrow anyway. :D
