Just been reading up on LPG, seems like a very good option for someone like me doing alot of miles

just wondering if anyone here has had their avensis converted, i believe toyota engines are prone to valve seat recession but a flashlube kit is used to correct this, anyone had any problems?

what did you pay for the conversion?

thanks!

HI mate,

I did ask in 3 places and in a toyota as well.Been told that VVVti engines are not convertable.Sad,however I did hear from people that they convert them. The question is what toyota and what engine.Mine is Avensis 2.0 liltre VVVTi automatic 2003.Toyota said that engines 1 AZ is with direct injection and they not recommed any changes. They also can not recommend specific gas instalation for it.This is what I know at the moment.

If anybody know what instalation to use ,it will be a very nice to know.

Cheers

Wojciech
