Corolla Driver Seats

Hi all, long story, I had a fabulous Corolla colour collection 04 plate, 1.4. but i sold this in My to buy an Auris. The seating in the Auris didnt suit me and I sold it. I have suffered with neck and shoulder issues because of it. I had written or contacted Toyota on several occasions, (too long to go into on here) but the time they replied, I had already sold (3 months later) and bought a different make. I sitll have issues with my shoulders and neck and whilst they will not go overnight, I just want to get back to a Corolla which I loved.

I can find a few around, as I want something fairly new (as new as they can be). Does anyone on here know if the seats may have changed in any way since 2004? I know tweaks were made to the outside, the steering wheel mounted auido controls etc etc... but am hoping that the seats may have been left alone.

I have contacted Toyota GB again, but who knows how long before I get an answer

I cannot go through the stress of perhaps changing back to a Corolla to find it is no better.

Of course I can test drive, but to be honest, whilst I am having some physio etc, I wouldnt be able to detect anything on a test drive

Hi I worked in the TGB product department, the seats in the Corolla did not change in shape or support. The only thing that changed on the seats was the upholstery patterns and materials.

The main differences of the facelift is exterior upgrades, upholstery in the interior, engines (2.0 D-4D power increase) and many other subtle changes.
