when i get to 70mph i can hear a slight tick noise coming from the engine

noise from the cam/valves??

mother-in-law bouncing off front bumper?

Is the noise related to engine speed in lower gears??

I've had vibration problems before and it was the exhaust manifold alloy protection plate had a bolt missing.

Can't think of anymore just now as I'm knackered after a long day. May inspiration will arrive tomorrow!
